At Boys & Girls Clubs in Tennessee, we believe that the best way to support our young people is by listening to them. That is why we are thrilled to announce our third Youth Town Hall, taking place this November in Chattanooga.

Social media plays a massive role in the lives of today’s youth, bringing both incredible opportunities and unique challenges. With the recent social media settlement, Tennessee has a unique opportunity to secure resources that can better support our young people. But how should those resources be used? We want to hear directly from the youth themselves.

On Thursday, November 5, 2026, we are hosting a Youth Town Hall to tackle this exact question. The event will bring together youth from Boys & Girls Clubs and other youth-serving organizations across the area to talk openly about the real impact social media is having on their generation. Most importantly, it is a space for them to share what they believe Tennessee should do next to protect and uplift young people.

We invite youth, community members, and advocates to join us for this vital conversation.
