Mike Keith Voice of the NFL Tennessee Titans will be the keynote speaker at the 2017 LISEGA Steak & Burger Dinner on Tuesday May 23 at 6:30pm located at the Holiday Inn in Pigeon Forge to raise funds to help the youth at Boys & Girls Club of the Smoky Mountains set goals for a great future.  Tickets are on sale now for this annual fundraiser and can be purchased by calling 865-428-6550.

This event will use mobile bidding which will be used with the silent auction.  Mobile bidding will allow guests to bid from anywhere at any time during the event via a smart phone or tablet.   The silent auction will open four days prior to the event and end at 7:30pm on May 23rd.  All items including live auction items can be viewed on the mobile bidding page but in order to bid on a live item the guest must be present at the event or make arrangements by calling the Boys & Girls Club office prior to the event date. This year’s live auction will include a 2017 Chevrolet Sonic hatchback car donated by Volunteer Chevrolet, New Cruise Lite Camper donated by A&L RV Sales, Gatlinburg Skylift Chairs donated by Gatlinburg Skylift, a Sedona vacation, 2 tickets to see U2 Live and more! The Old Mill is sponsoring the silent auction reception and will have hors d’oeuvres for guests to sample while they compete for their favorite items.  For information on the silent auction or live auction please visit Boys & Girls Club of the Smoky Mountains website https://www.bgcsmoky.com/SteakandBurger-Dinner-Auction or by calling 865-428-6550 and ask to speak to Karen Robinette.

Roger Westcott and his team at Texas Roadhouse once again partnered with the Club to provide great food and great service for the guests.  The Steak & Burger Dinner is a signature event for Boys & Girls Clubs nationwide, where all guests dine on hamburgers and the Club kids are able to feel special, eating a steak dinner.

“The concept for the event is unusual in that community leaders can sit down face to face with the kids they help,” continues Ross.  “It’s a chance for the kids to say thank you, but more importantly, it’s a chance for them to share what the Club means to them and how these community leaders have helped them through the Club.”

Sponsors for the event include not only LISEGA, Texas Roadhouse, The Old Mill and Holiday Inn Pigeon Forge but help from IHOP Chapman Highway location and Smoky Mountain Balloon Company.

The ticket price for the event is $125 per person, with limited seating.  Table sponsorships are still available and can be reserved. For more information on the event and how to register for mobile bidding contact Karen Robinette at 428-6550 or krobinette@bgcsmoky.com
